Statement regarding COVID-19 pandemics
The SREM 2020 Organizing Committee is monitoring the situation in relation with worldwide COVID-19 pandemic and considering the possible impact on this event. In accordance with the restrictions and uncertainty that we are dealing with, we want to offer possible solutions for the participants. We would like to express our concern and willigness to ensure safety of conference participants, their families and friends, and whole community. Therefore, we declare following:
– The conference will take place on its original dates in October,
– The organizing committee give an opportunity for virtual presentation of papers, for anyone who cannot or chooses not to travel and participate the conference due to pandemic,
– All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings,
– In the case of changes of situation there is possibility that conference becomes entirely virtual.
– The paper submission deadlines may be extended in relation with the situation.
All additional infromations will be announced at the conference website. We hope to see you in Pamporovo.
